Default Hard start when warm

My 95 with the 3.4 has to crank for a few seconds before it will start, and occasionally it will have a strong fuel smell.

Guessing either FPR or leaky injectors. Is there a way to test which one without pulling the fuel rail to see if the injectors leak?

good start would be to do a fuel pressure test including test to see if it holds pressure, how long and how high.

key on, no ignition is 39psi and drops 10psi in about half a minute, didn't watch it past that. I unhooked the vacuum line to the fpr and gas came spilling out at that time. Hooked up the vacuum line again and started car, stayed at 39psi unless revved, then only up to about 42psi.

fpr is bad, replace and test again.
