Default halos...

anyone have halo headlights on their camaro? well if you do please tell how you hooked up the halos because the instructions that came with them isnt helping me a ****in bit

When would you like the halos to come on? There are several ways to hook them up. I've helped a few out, and I've never even been near them. You can splice them to your amber DRLs, rig up a toggle switch, etc.

i guess i jsut want them to come on when my lights come on, the instructions said they hook up to the turn signals but the things is, it says hook black wire to negative electrode. but theres only two red wires for each halo. and im not too experienced in wiring **** up

Two solid red wires for each halo? One doesn't have a black stripe on it?

they both looked red, there mightve been a black strip i'll have to check it out first

well i checked them out and their both red wires. so i guess im gonna have to go with the trial and error option. but how does the wires hook to turn signal?

You'll have to splice it to the brown wiregoing tothe turn signal bulb. There will be 3 wires on that bulb. One for the blinker, one for thesolid amber light(the brown one), and a ground. Then run the ground somewhere.

No. On the halo, there is a negative and a positive. Hook the positive to the brown wire. To find the positive, call the company. I'm not sure if the halos are polarity sensitive or not, otherwise I would recommend finding the positive by touching the wires to the battery posts.

ok so the positive wire goes to the brown wire and the negative goes to the ground wire or the blinker? i asked the company for help all they told me was to take it to a professional
