Well I have complete access to a very high level aerospace machine shop. I program 5 -7 axis CNC machines all day long. Before I mess with it I want to see more than a 50 HP gain. It is simply not worth the effort without and intercooler.

My Dad (the machinist) works in an aerospace shop as well. He learned the trade back in the 60's and is old school when it comes to the work he does. He can run the CNC machines but not program them. His skills with NON CNC machines are top notch and better than most. He and I have talked about this mod some time after I got my Camaro and he said he would be willing to fabricate the parts so long as I paid for it all.
Like I said not top on my list of things to do. As for only gaining 50 HP... I am all good with that, I just like the cool factor of supercharged V6. I think I would find the SSEI or GTP "supercharged" emblems paint them black and have them on the back of the car where the RS or Z28 go.

One thing i was thinking about that may or may not be easier is what if you installed the supercharge backwards and ran a shaft with two pillow block style bearing past the SC and drove it with a second belt from behind. Might be easier to making a adapter plate for the SC base then all the other crap.

I wouldn't have went through this much trouble to install the M90. I would've just have done an LS1 swap and the LS1 would've put down better numbers than this M90 equipped LM7. It is still pretty neat to look at though.

An intercooler won't fit with an M90. There is no room for it. On 9 lbs of boost, you will get roughly 80 HP non-intercooled btw Gorn =).
Personally, I've had to mill down the bottom and top of the supercharger. I've also begun fabricating the intake to come around the front. It will go the route of where my AC used to be (I haven't had AC for a couple years now). This project won't get done for quite a while though. I've got L67 heads and 42 lb injectors. I'm still trying to work out a way to keep DBW just for kicks. If I can't, I will convert to a 98 PCM with a cable-driven throttle and splice my current wiring harness to accommodate these changes.
Lots of work to be done still yet.

9 PSI & 80 HP better be with one heck of a tune. From what I read 6 PSI 50 HP is the safe zone. I alway think of cars as Daily drivers.
