As you can see, it doesn't seem to be that special. Drew, your car looks just like one. Might as well get the badges.

I was talking about the engine upgrades for the SLP RS being nothing special. Youhave exceeded those already. From the looks ofthe avatar pic of yours, your car looks similar. Inno way was I trying to knock on your car.
No worries sir, I'm just jumpy because I haven't had coffee yet. And I had those rims that the link you posted was talking about, but I sold them to throw on the wagon wheels and tires.
SLP RS. Extreme Sport Suspension package (1LE front 32 mm sway bar and panhard rod), Zexel-Torson LSD, stripe and badging, custom floormats, 17x9 wheels, ground effects, Hurst shifter, cat-back and SLP induction air intake.
hey everyone, i saw this post and thought i'd add in my 2cents. i own a 2001 RS so i have been doing some research on them.
i found this:
The Camaro RS package offered by SLP could be added to V6-powered Camaro's for $849. It was available for cars finished in Artic White, Light Pewter Metallic, Silver Metallic. Navy Blue Metallic, Onyx Black, Monterey Maroon Metallic, Sunset Orange Metallic, Mystic Teal Metallic and Bright Rally Red. The RS content included a front grille with the Chevrolet bow-tie logo, an interior plaque with RS badge, 3 exterior RS badges, a dual-outlet exhaust system with a high-performance muffler (adds 5-hp and a throaty exhaust sound) and black or silver striping. The black striping was not available for Onyx Black or Navy Blue cars and the silver striping was not available for Light Pewter or Sunset Orange cars.
if any of you got any questions or want pics of an RS, let me know.

my dad had the RS package and its just a pain to keep the think from bottoming out over bumps and stuff. the paint kept chipping off and so we just took off the ground effects. its a waste of money and besides its a Camaro not a parade float.
