Default Fuel problem after storage

All, new to forum, I picked up a 94 3.4 that had sat. No start condition
I replaced the tank and fuel pump
Replaced injectors
Replaced filter
Cleaned fuels lines
New plugs
New wires
Still would not start
Thought maybe a bad pump or relay
Got 12 v at relay harness, voltage dropped off and the rear pump harness
Pulled pump tested with 12 v out of car , pump was working fuel flowing
Replaced the fuel relay
Retested with pump in some fuel, and harness connected, turned key to on position, the pump primed for a couple seconds.
Should there be a constant flow of fuel after the initial prime or when ignition takes place.
I am pretty new at this, and don't want to have the same problem when I put the tank back up, first project like this. Stumped at next steps
Thanks for any feedback.

You might need to prime the fuel lines since its been apart.
Remove pump relay and jumper across relay contacts in socket allowing pump to run and pump fuel to the injectors and back to tank.
If using an ammeter for jumping, current drawn should be around 6-7 amps.

no the fuel pump only come on for a few seconds and will not come on again until the computer gets a signal that the engine is running or you turn the key off for more than a few seconds and back on again. are you getting any lights on the dash? security, service engine soon, that sorta thing

craby,
I did check and have spark at plugs and coil pack,
I didn't initially have pressure at the rail, I did a test on the relay, it appeared ok, I then pulled down the tank and started my other testing, finally I replaced the relay, just as a double assurance, that is when I got the couple second prime from the pump.
It sounds like with the pump flowing fuel when connected to 12 v direct tells me it is working and the pump is performing the prime when I turn the key on, that is also a good thing,
I probably can reinstall pump and tank, and fill the fuel lines, like bleeding brakes, then recheck for pressure, the hopefully she will come back to life or not.

craby, thanks for confidence, we'll find out sometime this weekend between the raindrops. I did throw a new fuel regulator on it, just to be sure.
Thanks again
