I recently bought a 1994 3.4L V6 and within 80 miles on a full tank of gas, it's already out of fuel. I recently got the full injectors cleaned and spark plugs. Once in a while, my service light will turn on but I can't figure out why. Any ideas?

 

when the light comes on have it scanned for codes. how well does the engine run?

 

The engine has trouble accelerating as I can feel it as I push down on the pedal. It also has tranny trouble where the car shakes really bad once it reaches 3rd gear.

 

take the plugs out and see what they look like or check to see if there getting spark. how does the exhaust sound. kind of hissing? plugged catalytic converter will do what u are saying.

 

Also make sure you don't have any fuel line leaks...check the plumbing from the tank to the engine up the driver's side floorboard, from underneath. Do you smell fuel?
