what type of flowmaster muffler do I need for my Camaro? I see the inlet is on the same side as one of the outlet pipes. So do I buy a muffler with the single in and duall out or do they make a special one that has an inlet and an outlet on the same side and then another outlet on the other side of the muffler?
Thanks,
Steve

The 40 series is louder but mine has a lot of rasp when I go above 3 grand... But it's RIDICULOUSLY loud... Which is what I want. If you stand behind my car when I rev it up, I could make you go deaf =P

That is also true... Flowmaster is probably the loudest other than SLP... But you also get more rasp in your high end as a result... It's a double edged sword so to speak... But I can't help loving that reaction when I start my car at idle... People hear it and they're like, "That a V8?" I smile and happily go about my day =D

Flowmasters? seriously? Flows suck unless you have an old 4barrel muscle car. If you want loud go SLP. Ive never heard a quiet or raspy SLP. We had a S197 mustang GT come thru the dealership withLM2s i believe SLP intake and SLP cat. and it sounded bad ***.
