Hi there! I finally decided to join a Camaro forum even though I've owned several different Camaro's over the years. I currently have a 1998 White 3.8 Camaro completely stock except for the head lights and I am the second owner.
The options combination is kinda weird (At least to me) as it has the Monsoon sound system, cruise control, 2nd gear start, fog lamps, no T-tops, power door locks, but MANUAL windows. The fact that it has manual windows is what I find to be strange as I've never seen a late 4th generation Camaro that didn't have power windows along with power locks.
Here's a couple of pics :
Currently, it has 203,000 miles and around 109,000 miles on the current engine. The original owner ran the car hot and decided to just have a brand new 3.8 put in at the dealership.
I was wondering though, how rare is it for a late 4th generation Camaro to have those options, but have manual windows?

The red 98 we bought has manual windows. Not sure about the rest of it though. Haven't paid that much attention to it. Personally, me, I like manual windows. Oh and welcome to the site. Nice looking car.

Mine has Manual windows but not power door locks. I assume yours was custom ordered that way. It is a unlikely combo. Mine is the T-top/5 speed/with AC plain jane that every dealer had in Red, Green and Blue

Welcome to the forum!
My guess is that the original owner just ordered the Camaro with those options from the dealership. And like others here have already said, it's probably a good thing since the power window motors on 4th gens that have them are prone to breaking.
