Finding a good mechanic... I gave up trying to do it myself..
Okay, I have come to the conclusion that rather than playing around trying to figure my problem out I am gonna take it somewhere and get checked out. PROBLEM: I am away at school and the mechanic I go to and trust is about 200 miles away and I am sure shewont make that trip. So I have found a couple of places that I found on theTriple A website that seem like I can give alittle trust to, but I would rathergo to a family owned shop or something, but no one I know around here hashad any serious work done.. so I just cant find anywhere. Since the problem I am having could be about a million things I figured I would see what are some goodquestions to ask or resources to use to find a good place. I am going to call the BBB to see if there are any complants about the place I am leaning toward but other than thatall I can do is interview the places I am thinking about.Any suggestions????

I will do, I just don't want to give them a rough interview or something and make them think I'm some smartass and then something not go right... Good questions to ask them?
