So When i put my car in reverse and engage the e-brake the car doesn't move,however when it is in Drive with the e-brake engaged the car moves forward. Any thoughts yall? My cables are good and ive replaced the rear emergency brake pads and adjusted the dial behing the rotors[/align]

 

Have a shop tell you, many will do so for no cost...
