Egr adaptor

Default Egr adaptor

i have a 2001 3.8L camaro and the hose off my egr adaptor broke while i put on my headers, it is a discontinued part, i have the part number and all -24508446. does anyone know where i can find the part?

I would check your local junk yard if you need one for emissions. Or you could just buy am egr delete kit and gain a little bit of power .

well i went from getting 32mpg highway to 18 lol i really want it back on.
i have tried junkyards, i cant find it in them.

Deleting EGR won't gain you a single pony - but it WILL make your car burn more fuel and pollute more!!!

It's a near impossible part to find. You can try rigging a corrugated natural gas line up, just tap the EGR mounting piece and the EGR boss in the header. Otherwise just get rid of the EGR system and take the hit - that's what I had to do. Minor loss in fuel economy.
