Default Driver Side Power Window

Had the window motor replaced on my 96 camaro about a year ago. Now it will not go down or up and only buzzes when you hit the switch. Do I need another motor or could it be something else?

Did you check to make sure you hooked it up correctly and the relay was working? Also make sure the window is in the track as well.

The window seems to be on track, I have voltage in the switch. The motor does not move just makes a buzzing noise. Hope I don't have to replace the motor again...

check the regulator to make sure its not jammed up. if not, the motor is probly failing. get a good gm oem motor.

How do you check the regulator? the buzzing noise seems to be coming from the motor.

Had to get mines replaced about a year ago. Same sound mines had. It was the regulator. Try that first.
