Anyway, I've had those Cragars before. The outer part of the wheel is chromed steel, and the inner hub/spoke part is chromed alloy. Once the chrome starts pitting on the steel part of the wheel, it also starts flaking off the aluminum part. And for $65, and judging by the pitting on the caps, you can pretty much figure that's the kind of condition they're in.

Yeah I've been looking some more on Craigslist and I found some 5 star rims like the ones previously posted. I just emailed him on how much he wants for them.
