Default crooked exhaust

My camaros has magnaflow dual exhaust the y pipes not true dual it already had it when I bought it but the left tail pipe sticks out noticeably more then the right one so question is is this something easily fixable that maybe I could do or should I just pay someone and how much should it cost?

you should start your own thread... no no 4th gen camaro comes with duel exhaust (you cant even buy duel exhaust it has to be custom) what he means is he has 2 tail pipes coming out of 1 muffler... and if the rs is stock it wont have duel tail pipes

Unless it has the Y87 package.

Cheater :P

Yeah, don't quote me on it, but from what I've read the Y87 package in '96 and '97 where the same and gave you pretty much a stock muffler with dual exhaust outlets.

However, Basic is right, a LOT of people slap on flowmaster/magnaflow exhaust to give them a dual exhaust set up, so it's safe to assume the owner did it unless you look at the RPO codes. Even then, if you have a keen eye, you can tell if that exhaust muffler is aftermarket or stock. I.E., stock muffler is a mammoth, aftermarkets are a sleeker.
