I bought my car used in May of 2003 and it had Cobras on there, and I don't know how long they were on there before then. But in the past month I've had two tires blow, actually fall apart, when I'm on the highway, and now one has a goose egg in it. Anyone know anything about Cobras and if they are any good? This is the first problem I've had with them and I just wanted to know the general thought on them.

 

well, according to you , they obviously suck, one thing about tires, allways use the best, at least go with a Z Rated tire on a camaro, i have viper tires on my Z

 

How fast were you driving when they fell apart, and what was the air pressure in them? As Shaker said, if you drive fast you need tires rated for the speed you are running. Also if the air pressure is low, they will overheat and blow regardless of speed rating.
