Howdy folks. I have a 1996 camaro rs 5 spd. It has drums in the rear and I would like rotors back there instead. I could buy a kit but it would be much easier for me to obtain a nother rear end. Would it matter what trim the camaro is? Or moreso is the rear end any different through 93 to 02 and would it matter if it was from a z28 or not. Mine has traction control and from what I understand some do and some do not, would it mess anything up to install a rear end without traction control? Also if I were to get a rear end what all is involved in switching them out. i know this is discussed in other threads but I can't find all the answers I need so I figured i'd post a new one. Thanks.

Any 4th gen Camaro rear end will fit in your car =) I don't think it would mess anything up by switching.
