1996 camaro 3800 series 2
replaced fuel pump today when turn key on pump does not turn on
power at relay only at orange wire with key on or off it dont matter
use jumper wire pump kicks on and dont shut off till take power away
car does not start
when i spray starting fluid in intake it fires

all fuses are good

my question is computer bad not giving power to relay to turn pump on when key is on and not closing fuel pressure regulator to build pressure ?

As soon as you turn the key on it is on for 2 or 3 seconds and then it shuts off
