Clutch Is finally giving out

Clutch Is finally giving out
Well after I just got done fixing my suspension a few weeks ago....Here comes another problem
I was driving home from college today and I'll be damned if the clutch didn't burn out on me.
The guy at the transmission shop said it would be $700 icluding parts. I'm not looking to spend a fortune on a clutch by any means seeing as how my finances won't allow it. So what i was wondering is could someone tell me of a good clutch that is reasonably priced? I've heard horror stories about Auto Zone's clutches. Thanks guys in advance.

RE: Clutch Is finally giving out
Well I just got another quote today. 530 which is a lot better than the 700 i was originally quoted at. For 530 it includes the clutch kit, Resurface flywheel, Replace Rear main seals, and drain trans. fluid and replace. I can't wait to feel how it drives with a new clutch. Im almost sure that this is the same clutch that came in it from the factory.

School I went to had an Automotive class, not the simple one, but for GM, BMW and Chrysler certified tech. rating.
If not in your school, local community college? Might have to wait a bit or repay a favor or two, but would probably cost you parts only.
