The cluster will work fine, at least for the gauges....
If you are going from a 115 to 150 MPH speedometer, I think the speed limiter will keep you from getting past 115ish anyway. You could solve that by getting the Z-rated tires (covering my toosh here...) and getting that limiter burned out with a tune job or chip, if a chip applies here.
The tach will be off. You can solve that with a tach interface from Dakota Digital for about $80. Maybe there is a way to tweak the tach, but since I don't have any kind of factory (Helms) manual to check against, I can't comment in that regard.
