Default Chevy Tune Up!

I have a 1995 3.4 V6 with 164,XXX and I think its in need of a tune up.
What should I do?
-Oil Change
-Fuel Filter?
-Air Filter Clean (K&N)
-Plugs and Wires?
I just kinda have a hard time getting it started on cold and damp mornings and I was hoping this would help

PCV possibly.

Check all your belts and hoses for cracks or Chaffing. Also the condition of your Coolant.

Yes, all of the above. If you have had the car a while, and have not done any maintenance work, then I would start with the filters (oil, air, fuel) and change the spark plugs and wires. If it is still doing it then you might want to bring it in to your local mechanic for a diagnostic and then fix it yourself if you can. Just my 2 cents worth.
