Default CD Player?

Hey I was looking at a factory delco 12 disc changer to put in my 2000 V6 camaro. I was wondering if anyone would know if my car is wired for the 12 disc changer from the factory or if i would have to do that myself. the car did not come with the changer so i dont think that it oould be wired for it but you never know...

Thanks

Many Camaros are pre-wired, and you will find the connector in the drivers side of the trunk - this may be limited to Monsoon systems. I would highly advise going with an iPod Touch or iPhone instead of a CD Changer as you will have far more flexibility. Try the USA-Spec device to plug into your radio CD Changer port (the radio MUST have an AUX button) and Pro-Clip to mount the iPod Touch/iPhone. You can go with an old iPod too, but they're obsolete due to the new OS X operating system in the touch devices...

Find the rearmost speaker on the driver side (the one sitting in the panel easily seen from the back glass. Remove the panel it is in, and locate the wires. There should be a plug with nothing plugged into it. That is the cd changer plug.
