New York City, Nassau, Suffolk, Westchester, & Rockland counties follow California CARB regs. The rest of the state will eventually follow.

ok. but im installing headers, and the smog pump hose/air injection system hose is in the way. i contacted pacesetter and they said if NYS follows the same standards as CAli. i cant use them at all. They said i could weld the hose onto the header and it would be fine. But im gonna check w./ my mechanic first before i attemp this. Dont want to find out they are compltely illegal and not be able to send them back to summit since there sorta ruined. well i guess ill just tell you how it goes

NY and CARB regs.....Would that make it NARB since CARB is California Air Resources Board????
I dont know what you have but if you want to be on the safe side check for CARB approved or 50 states legal headers.
