car wont start HELP

Hi im Jacob and im new here. I have an 1989 camaro rs and i have a problem with it. I has drving down the road and out of no where is shut off i stopped and called my brother to bring me and 8mm wrench to tighten up the battery termenial. After that I went to start it and is just clicked and i turned it back and tryed again and click. So i tryed jumping it and the same thying click. It has a brand new battery in it and a new alternater. i was thinking maybe a short somewhere but i need HELP and anyone no what is going on or has had this problem?

Being that the car just died, it more or less eliminates the starter. Several things could have happened: the new battery just died (unlikely but possible), new alternator died, bad cable connections at the battery terminals or alternator,bad battery cable connection at the starter, bad or loose ground cables, one of the fusible links melted,
or engine could have seized (hopefully not).
Do the lights dim when you try to start? If they don't, the starter is not drawing power. The clicking idicates that the starter solenoid is moving, but there may not be enough current available to spin the starter, and the engine.
