Default car vibrates the first time i start in morning

Hey guys
i drive a 3.4L,95 camaro, since past few days my cars vibrates a little bit when i start it the first time in morning and den the moment i press my foot on gas for the first time it kinda stalls and then become ok.this does not happens throughout the days no matter how many times i start/stop it.i live in NJ and the temperature here is close to 35F at nite.is it becuase of weather? and what can i do to stop this, also i need to get oil change, which oil you think is most suitable,i have 134500 miles on it.

Did you by any chance do the throttle body bypass mod? Also check the IAC valve, they get carboned up and don't work properly when a lot of air is needed to hold the idle speed.
