Default Car Amp.

I'm going to put a Sub in my car. I know were I'm going to put it, but I can't find a good spot for the Amp.

Where do you hide it?

Could put it where the spare tire goes. Or under one of the front seats.

i wouldnt put it in either of those spots (you need a spare tire and under the seat gets too hot) i would use small machine nuts and bolts with some washers and "bolt" it to the carpet above the tank (the flat spot in the hatch)

While I think Antperris and others like that look good I did not want to Give up what little storage space there is in a camaro and I did not like the idea of having amps just sitting out for all to see and steal so I went this route. I leave the hatch cover closed so you can not tell there is anything back there even if you are in the car. Granted it is just one ten inch sub and it will not make your ears bleed like a well driven pair of 12's but it does produce a quite respectable sound and I can still carry luggage or groceries.

What I chose to do was put my custom made box right above my carpet. I then proceded to just bolt the amp directly onto the box. I'll edit this later with some pictures.

But that's not a "hiding" spot. :P

And amps won't get hot enough to cause a major issue under the seat. If anything, your seat will get warm; and that's awesome in winter.
