google f body window motor replacement and you will find links with pictures of every screw that needs to be taken out to get the door panel off along with detailed instructions. I would post a link but not sure if that is allowed. Basically, use a straight blade screw driver to carefully pry out the push button keypad and disconnect the wiring harness, remove ALL the screws around the inside pull handle, slide the lock button out, lift up and out on the inside panel. Be carefull not to break off the plastic tabs that hold the panel on the door.

There's two screws on top of the armrest, one below. Be sure to remove the piece around the door handle. The lock button pops off of the rod it's on. Once you get the pin, the piece around the handle, and the control out, the whole panel just lifts off.

Actually, if your speaker replacement is relatively simple and straightforward, removing the entire panel may not be necessary. You can just use a flathead screwdriver to pop off the cover near the front of the door. The screws holding the speakers are all very easily accessible.
