I'm trying to figure out what is the name of the piece in the back of the Maro where it says Camaro, some camaros have that whole piece painted black or is it a piece I can put on myself. Here is a link of a Camaro with in on, back of the car.

I thought the same thing would look cool on my car in black since mine is read. I would also appreciate any replies.

 

its just a black painted taillight panel...you can just remove yours and have it painted or find one on ebay or craigslist and have it painted or find a black one and you should be able to remove and install your self

 

ive also been looking for a black finish plate for my camaro and i found one off a z28 but you know how they have the z28 to the right of it? does anyone know if thats endinted in or just a removable emble ???

i think it's removable. but not that's sure.

 

its removable but youll still be able to see where it was cause that part of the paint wont be faded and you may scratch that part removing it

its called a finish plate i beleive

 

thats really gonna suck theyre really hard to find ones off a v6, maybe a junk yard
