Anyone used, or know of a performance chip that actually does what they claim it does? There are several on Ebay and they all claim horsepower and mileage increases. They are based on fooling the ECM into thinking there is more cold air flow and compensating by throwing fuel at the mix. Are ANY of them worth the $$?
