the high school boy has a 97 camaro with a 3.8 V6. he wants a lot more horsepower without going to a V8. What changes can he do to get the max horsepower he can get.

best things to do are Intake and Exhaust. after that, Maybe some Gears in the rear end(but those can get expensive). can also get into a stroker or cams, or something along those lines.
