Do you have a picture of how you routed the belt? I ordered the same belt for my Camaro as it is having the same issue as yours was.

is the belt turning everything the same direction it was before the switch?

I ordered the belt that one of the guys said he got to work on his 3.8 Camaro, I got a few friends that have more mechanical experience than I do helping me out, so if I get it working on mine I’ll leave an update with photos.
