ac bracket bypass pulley
hey guys i have a 1999 v6 camaro and the ac bracket bypass pulley keeps breaking. it has broke 3 times can someone please help me with this.. it makes a loud humming noise when me heat or ac is on... is anybody having trouble with this

I have A/C so I dont have this problem, but...
Does the pulley line up properly? Also if you have the A/C bypass pulley there would be no difference with heat on or off and there should be no A/C. Now if you have A/C and you are hearing some noise, some is normal but lots is the sign of a bad compressor.
