Default 98 Camaro V6

What is the best exhaust setup on a 1998 Camaro V6 3.8? I have heard good things about Borla but not sure. I want a good kind of raspy rumble, and I don't really want it to sound too ricer-ish, haha.

Thanks 98_camaro!

There are many good after cat back systems for they car. This will get the sound you want.

I have a '98 V6 and I have B&B fab SST pipes on my car. I don't think B&B fab does after cat back systems any more and it will be hard to find something in Stainless Steel. Yet most of the performance parts.com's sells after cat back systems.

No rasp on my Borla Adjustable and very happy with the sound, just add a electronic valve and you can change the volume from your drivers seat.

In Oregon, we have a Department of Environmental Quality that regulates auto emissions. You have to pass it every two years to renew you vehicles licences plate.

Would love to hear an audio clip of idle & rpm revs. How much rasp do you get being catless?
