Ok my friend is having his car work on right now. He will be getting it back next week. We are both wondering if he can beat the mustang. The mods on the camaro which is automatic are Magnaflow catback, SLP CAI, B&M Shifter improver kit. 4.10 gears, underdrive pulleys, Chip. The mustang mods are which is a 5-speed are Flowmaster catback, BBK Catted x-pipe, 3.73 gears, BBK 65mm tb, King cobra Clucth, Steeda tri-axe short shifter, BBK CAI, underdrive pulleys. Do you all think it would be a close match.

Mustang is 4.6L camaro is 3.8L

 

Seems to me the Mustang has a lot more engine in this case, and should come out ahead. However, if it is a 4.6L GT Mustang it could be a close rece, but if the Mustang is 4.6L Cobra, it won't be a fair contest.

 

Yes it is a 4valve cobra. What would he need to do to beat my cobra. He said just to the speed limit from a dig.
