97 3.8 axle swap.
Okay so I just bought a rear end from a 2001 SS w/ 3.73's and posi.. (its in AWESOME condition.. got it for 200 bucks!!!)
How hard is it going to be convert my rear drums to disk, what do I need for it, and is it going to be hard to replace the axle?

Is the rear end you just bought a rear disc? If so hopefuly you got it with the e brake cables. They should fit right were the old rear end hooked to the linkage. Brake poportioning valve and maybe a master. The brake line on the new rear should fit where the old one is now.
