I got a 96 V6. I have been having some starting problems with the car, security system wont let it start. I had the problem fixed by putting resisters in the wires that my brother in law pointed out. it hasn't had a problem in a very long time. well i tried to start today and didn't work, matched resisters with the key and nothing. i unpluged the battery to reset the system but nothing. i'm out of ideas, but i'm not mechanically inclined. if anyone knows something else to try please tell me.

Sounds like it needs to be reprogrammed by the dealer or local shop.
