You should start a new thread instead of using a 10 year old one.
It very well could be a ground and it never hurts to clean grounds but you should run some tests first. First a fuel pressure test to verify the pump install went well and that the pump is not defective. You should be able to borrow a fuel pressure tester at most chain type parts store. You can also buy them cheap at Harbor Freight and resale it once you are done.
Assuming that is ok then you can us a high quality electronic rated multi/volt meter to check for power at the injector. You should have 12 volts with the car sitting and the key on. Next you should use a noid light to test to see if the computer is grounding the injector. If you are missing the 12 volts or the pulsing ground would determine your next step. You can find noid light pretty cheap at most parts store, they are manufacturer specific and ca vary form year to year, I have not bought one in a long time.
You could have an issue of no power to the injectors, wiring or relay. It could be PCM or ground or the security system telling the Computer not to fire the injector. PCM issues should give you a code, wiring issue may not.
