UPDATE.
ok i put another set of plugs in it this time platium not acdelco started right up but when it gets to running temp it wont idle.

could you post the list of things replaced. are you smelling gas in the exhaust?

I have replace EGR valve. Icm, tpi water temp sens. Spark plugs and wires. When running the exaust will throw black resadue on the ground

sounds like your running rich. pull the 02 sensors and see if they are fouled (all black).
