Question 95 - 3.4 V6 Auto. When shifting in to park is now in reverse?

95 - 3.4 V6 Automatic
Hoping someone may be able to tell me how to solve this problem.
I am assuming is something with the transmission.
Basically, I have seen a few other people talk about how the shifter get stuck when its cold, the problem I feel started there. After a few months of that it stopped sticking. Then I was pulling into a gas station, shifted into reverse and I was suddenly in neutral, shifted back into drive, then back up and finally got it to stick so I could reverse. As I put the shifter into park I could feel it wasn't clicking in fully and the car was slowly rolling backwards. In order to get it into park I had to push a little farther forward then normal and wait for it to click in. 2 days of this issue went by and now I can no long shift into park AT ALL. As soon as I shift into Park the car shift into reverse. All other gears are accurate, so the only way to stop and park is to stop, pull the e-brake an turn off the car. Any help or know how on where I can get information of how to fix it myself, would be awesome. Or if its a really big problem I can take it in?

Already covered by previous posters. Your shift linkage is off and needs to be adjusted or replaced.
