Hi Gang...I have a 95 3.4 with an unusual problem. Whenever I engage the cruise control, I get a check engine light. When I shut off the engine and restart, the light is no longer on. I wonder if anyone has any idea what this could be? My present code reader is an Actron OBD II reader, but it doesn't read the OBD I codes, so until I get a different one, I really don't know what this is all about. I also wonder if a simple code reader would even be able to read this or am I going to have to visit a mechanic for more exhastive readout. Or will this code even be stored. I would hate to give someone $75 to find out that the code doesn't even store. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks...Bruce

Thanks for the tip. This looks like just what I'm looking for. It doesn't take many trips to the mechanic for a $75 scan to pay for a tool. I know my OBD II Actron has paid for itself many, many times over!
