It makes sense that a 165 HP car that drives one wheel would make more smoke the a 230 HP car that drives 2 wheels. FYI Unless your buddy transplanted a motor from a 1993 or from the early 70's he does not have a LT1.
You should re-title the video "Epic fail from two guys that should not own Cars."

You're still a moron and shouldn't own a car lol. Gorn knows exactly what he's talking about. And it would be an LT4 if it came from a Vette I think?
What you did is stupid and childish and proves you're an idiot. Well done.

Gorn wasn't saying they did. Chevy had an LT-1 (notice the hyphen) that you could get in the 1970-72 Camaro and Vette. Then the totally different LT1 came out in 1992 in the Vette and in the Camaro in 1993.

What most people dont realize is that doing that type of a burn out is like dry firering a Bow and arrow. You may not blow it out but you are hurting it. I was lucky enough to be trained by one of the best automatic transmission rebuild teacher in the US. He used to say "the estimated life a stock transmission in a car that was stuck in the snow was about 30 minutes. The only thing worse was slamming it in gear at high rpms or burn outs. But we dont care about those because anyone that does that is just making us money."
This was brought up in a decussion about how long a rebuilt transmission should last.
