5 speed to 6 speed?

could you change the 5 speed to a 6 speed, would it be fairly easy or a total pain, and would it be worth it, or would it be better to build up a 5 speed?

I don't think that it would be worth it. The cost of parts and the transmission are going to be worth more than your whole car.
