Ok... Umm... We know all this? You do realize it takes huge amounts of money and time to make that 400hp+ turbo set up right?
If you wanna just show off how much money people have poured into these, I suggest you go look up Linxs on FQuick. His latest turbo build will be insane and is shooting for 1000 hp... He is going to truly test the strength of the GM 3800 motor

The build in the first post is nifty, but a poor choice of cam, anyone can make those tiny numbers NA. Hell, I know one guy that has stock heads, GT2 cam, tune, and exhaust, and he made 233 on a mustang dyno. Nothing fantastic, cheap and easy to do. The highest cam-only build used the ARH NA camshaft, which also functions as a good giggle gas cam thanks to it's split duration. This cam was also used in Lance's old bird, which made 271 at the tires with ported heads, intake, and LT headers, still naturally aspirated, nothing fancy, bone stock short block. Boost is nice, but can get expensive, you also need to look into forged pistons and L32 rods when you start puffing air into these little things.
3800's are cheaper to build than many think, you just have to set your priorities straight and focus on what truly gives you gains.
