no the 4th gen camaro is motor specific so you would pretty much need a donor car to change to a engine different from stock.

It will bolt to the tranny but that is about all that will work. Even the fame is different. Like craby said you would need a doner. Even tho the 94 tranny would bolt to the 3800 the computer for the 3800 will not work with the odd ball 94 tranny.
