3.4 V6 randomly started missing this morning... help?
It ran fine up until this morning when I started it, and after driving on the highway for a while on my way to school, I noticed when I went to accelerate going from a 45 to a 55, my whole car was shaking noticeablylike a drivetrain problem.
It only happensduring acceleration (driveshaft looseness or other drivetrain issue?).
I'm thinking it couldactually bea misfire, too. What would have randomly caused this? I literally haven't changed anything about the car since I got it, so I know it wasn't a moron-owner induced failure of any kind. Anyone else have symptoms like this? Any fast help would be appreciated, thanks.

How does it idle? Does it sound like it's missing occasionally? Does the problem go away over time or get to be less of a problem as the engine gets warmer? If so then you need a new set of spark plugs and possibly wires. Easy fix. How long has it been since new sparks have been put in? If it's original then you're overdue for a set.
Thanks,
Tom
