Default 3.4 Questions???

Ok I'm new here![sm=happy046.gif]So I have a Fiero that i just spun a rod bearing in so i'm going to do the 3.4 camaro swap and i want to set it up for nitrous later on when its broke in. I'm goint to run the Trueleo intake and exhaust with ported and polished heads and the 272H cam and i want to make thisa high compression motor. So i have some questions for you guys?

1. What is theHp rating for the 93-95 camaro 3.4?
2. Is there forged pistons for the 3.4? Or Hyperutitics that reach 10.1 to 10.5?
3. What kinda mods do you guys have done to your 3.4?
4. What kinda Hp and Tq are you getting out of your 3.4's?
5. Are you guys running No EGR?

Try the general tech section, very few people do any modding at all to the 3.4L camaros.

I think it's about 120-150?
2. Is there forged pistons for the 3.4? Or Hyperutitics that reach 10.1 to 10.5?
3. What kinda mods do you guys have done to your 3.4?
No one mod's the 3.4s. It's not worth it.
4. What kinda Hp and Tq are you getting out of your 3.4's?
Most 3.4s are stock, cause no one mods em. So refer to question 1.
5. Are you guys running No EGR?

1. 160 HP stock
2. don't know
3. SLP CAI, high-flow muffler, cat delete
4. Have not dyno'd it, but I would guess ~175 HP
5. You can safely disconnect it if you don't mind the Check Engine Light that can come on as a result get an OBD I compatible scanner, and you can keep that in check...
