3.4 95 camaro PCM

i have a 95 3.4L camaro with 133K miles on itand i dont know anyhting about the ECU or PCM
1. would it be a good idea to to reset my PCM after i got my CAI
2. if it is how do i reset my PCM

Unhook the battery, go inside, drink a few beers, go back outside, hook battery back up.
