Other things you will need to change, is the computer programming for the speedometer. A competent shop should be able to perform this for you. Other than that I can't think of anything else.

You will have to make sure that the speed sensors on the diff match what you have on your car for the traction control and antilock systems. Other than that what RSSS said and you are good to go.
