That is a 3800 turbo kit right there. It is already out for most 3800 models but for the camaro/firebird it says coming soon - however I've heard many rumors of being able to put this on the camaro with extensive modding.
Personally, I'd rather just go with a supercharger. It's not as hard on your engine, and like stated by others many times, the power is always there. Get yourself a supercharger and underdrive pulley and you're set. They say 45% increase for hp on the supercharger, and 10% increase for the pulley. That alone brings the v6 camaro to being a competitor.
