New engine installed. Won't start. Plz help

We need a ton more information. New engine? This means you used all your old parts like your ICM? Does the starter crank it over or is it completely dead?

Last time I had a no start after a replacement I simply forgot to plug in the harness under the dash. It was the wires that ran to the anti theft system.
