Check out the FAQ sticky on where to begining mods. EGR system is dirty but getting rid of it will not add power. As it stands now the computer system shuts it off when you step on it anyway.

egr is only in use for a short time at part throttle. not at wot. good exhaust and air intake is a good place to start.

cold air intake and exhaust are definitely the first mods to do. They're great for if you want to improve your ride, but don't want to get too intense.

The AIR in this car pump does not affect power or economy. It is driven by a small electric motor and only used for a few minutes when the engine is first started for the purpose of lighting up the cat faster.

For what purpose do you want to save vacuum??? The car already has a vacuum reservoir of sufficient size.

Intake, headers, and high flow cat/catback will give you a nice gain.

It also pumps air into the exhaust when your car is at idle and driving in the city. When I'm waiting in the lane at the drag track it turned on and stayed on until I was down the track. I noticed an increase in my takeoff when I removed it.
